We hope that you will join us at the AVS 70th International Symposium and Exhibition being held November 3-8, 2024, at the Tampa Convention Center, Tampa, Florida. More than 1,200 abstracts in all areas of materials, processing, and interfaces, including biomaterials interfaces, thin films, electronics, and nanotechnology, will be presented at this weeklong technical symposium. In addition, the symposium will feature 150-plus exhibitors showing the most advanced equipment and services available in these fields. The AVS Pressroom will be located in the Tampa Convention Center.
Pressroom hours are: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Your press badge will allow you to utilize the pressroom to write, interview, collect new product releases, review material, or just relax. The press badge will also admit you, free of charge, into the exhibit area, lectures, and technical sessions, etc. It will also admit you into the Plenary Lecture and Welcome Mixer on Monday Evening as well as the Awards Ceremony and Reception on Wednesday night. The Technical Program containing all symposium and exhibition details, including travel information may be found on the AVS Website in late July at www.avs70.avs.org.
To register (complimentary) as a member of the press, please complete the form below by October 15. While pre-registration is not mandatory, this enables us to prepare your registration packet and press badge in advance. You may pick up your press badge in the main AVS registration area of the Tampa Convention Center from Sunday-Thursday.
