If for any reason you cannot attend the AVS Prairie Chapter Annual Symposium you must contact jkawasaki@wisc.edu or jmcchesn@anl.gov by September 9, 2026, to receive a refund, less a $5 processing fee.  No refunds can be given for cancellations after September 9, 2026.
