Cancellation: If for any reason you cannot attend the PCSI-46 (46th Conference on the Physics and Chemistry of Surfaces and Interfaces) you must contact AVS at 530-896-0477, heather@avs.org by January 3, 2019, to receive a refund, less a $100.00 processing fee.  No refunds can be given for cancellations after January 3, 2019.
