The next AVS Board of Directors Meeting will be held on Sunday, January 26, 2020, at the Embassy Suites Raleigh-Durham/Research Triangle Park, 201 Harrison Blvd., Raleigh, NC 27513.

 

A block of sleeping rooms has been reserved at the Embassy Suites at a rate of $159+ per night (single or double). Your room charges will be billed to the master and you will be asked to provide your credit card for incidentals only. As the hotel provides a complimentary breakfast buffet starting at 7:00 a.m. you will need to eat there prior to the meeting on Sunday morning as we will only have coffee available at the meeting.

 

Each evening as time permits, you may enjoy complimentary drinks and snacks at the hotel Manager's Reception served nightly in the lounge from 5:30 p.m.-7:30 p.m.

Dinner 
A dinner will be held on Saturday, January 25, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. at Ruth Chris Steak House, 2010 Renaissance Park Place, Cary, NC 27513, Please indicate on the form if you plan to attend the dinner. If you are attending, please meet in the Front Lobby at 6:30 p.m.

Take I40 East for approximatley 2 miles. Exit onto the Harrison Ave. Exit 287. Turn right on Harrison Ave. Stay in the right lane and take first right after light onto Harrison Oaks Blvd. The hotel will be 3/10 of a mile on the right.
