The AVS Career Center and Job Fair is open to all attendees, at the International Symposium for the purpose of connecting job seekers with potential employers. The goal is to facilitate contact and networking during the Conference.

Job Seeker Before the Meeting*
- Register for the Career Center
- Email your résumé/CV to heather@avs.org by October 16, 2026*
- If presenting, include your Program Number, presentation day, time, and location at the top, on your résumé/CV
- Bring extra printed copies of your résumé/CV
Job Seeker During the Meeting
- Complete a Career Center time card at the beginning of the week
- Review job postings daily
- Check your email frequently for interview invitations
- Leave messages for employers through the Career Center
- Be available for informal and scheduled onsite interviews
*Note: Onsite résumé/CV submissions will be accepted but advanced submission is preferred by October 16.

AVS Staff Will:
- Collect job postings and résumés/CVs
- Schedule and coordinate interviews using Google Calendar
- Provide interview coordination and support
Interviews may be scheduled Tuesday through Friday. Friday interviews will meet at the AVS Registration Counter.
