Cancellation: If for any reason you cannot attend the PacSurf 2018 (Pacific Rim Symposium on Surfaces, Coatings & Interfaces) you must contact AVS at 530-896-0477, heather@avs.org by November 30, 2018, to receive a refund, less a $100.00 processing fee.  No refunds can be given for cancellations after November 30, 2018.
