 utive Session until 8:30 am so all general meeting attendees cannot gain a
 ccess to the room prior to 8:30 am. \n  \nThe reports on the attached agen
 da include any outstanding action items from previous Board Meetings\, are
 as designated in the schedule\, or approval requests typically required at
  this time. Please note that if you do not see your name listed on the age
 nda\, you are not expected to participate\; however\, if a committee\, cha
 pter\, division\, or group chair has any issue they wish to bring before t
 he Board\, they should contact Yvonne Towse (yvonne@avs.org) regarding the
